Research and development – for and with our customers With the commissioning of our new laboratory reactor, we are entering into a new field of research to find a new generation of additives and are able to provide our customers with an unparalleled development service.Research and development in the field of additives for paper impregnation is one of our core strengths. That is why we started with the upstream integration of our base materials several years ago. In this respect, the laboratory reactor will provide us with new possibilities to synthesise new specialized base materials with the greatest efficiency and highest quality, for the impregnation process. Training courses – practical instruction for working with resins As well as development, we are able to provide our customers with training on resins.If you are planning to invest in a resin reactor for impregnation and would like to have your staff trained before it is commissioned, we can train them on our laboratory reactor on a 1 - 2 day course covering basic theory and practice. This will ensure a faster start on your industrial reactor. Commissioning and process optimization In addition, we are at your disposal for commissioning your impregnation resin reactor on site, to support you and ensure a trouble free startup of production.We are always pleased to advise and assist you in the event of problems, as well as to identify opportunities for optimization of the whole impregnation process.
