DeuroLease B

- DeuroLease B is predominately used as external release agent which can be sprayed on the press belt / plate or on the surface of the Chip- /MDF board before pressing
- DeuroLease B is also be used “internally”, it can be added to the resin before the application to the chips or MDF fibres.
- In both cases, it prevents for Built-ups and for board sticking to the belts / plates.
- DeuroLease B does not create foam, reduces the expenditure of sanding and reduces the press time by improving the heat transfer into the board during pressing process (steam jet effect).
- Beside the release effect of DeuroLease B it also improves the wetting properties of the resin and ensures an optimal distribution of resin.

DeuroLease TW
|
- DeuroLease TW, release agent especially designed for OSB production to prevent Build-ups and strands sticking to the conti-press-belt.
- Very little foam creation due to carefully designed tensides
- Recommended for PMDI (Phenyl-Methan-Di-Isocyanate) resin bases OSB, sprayed on belts or surface of OSB before pressing
- Beside the release effect of DeuroLease TW it also improves the wetting properties of the resin and ensures an optimal distribution of resin.
