DeuroCure KS for pure melamine resins and mixed resins containing maximum of 30 % urea resin

- DeuroCure KS, a distinct latent hardener, highly efficient, allows a very good resin flow during lamination process
- DeuroCure KS is preferable used in the second resin vat / raster roller coating or for one stage impregnation with MF-resin
- Exceptional long resin pot life
- Chloride free formulation – NO chemical burn of steel or stainless steel (silos, pipes, press plates, etc.)
- Very good shelf life of the impregnated paper even for high reactive resin types
- State of the art press times can be realized (e.g. short cycle press 8 sec, continuous press 40 mtr / min)

DeuroCure KS-N for pure urea resin, mixed resins with more than 30% urea content and melamine resins
|
- A catalyst with a higher reactivity than KS nevertheless with good latent property which accomplish a uniform cure
- Preferable intended for two stage impregnation process in the first resin vat (UF resin and UF/MF resin mixes)
- Can also be used in one stage impregnation resin were extreme high reactivity is needed, such as balance paper
- Exceptional long resin pot life
- Chloride free formulation – NO chemical burn of steel or stainless steel (silos, pipes, press plates, etc.)
- Very good shelf life of the impregnated paper even though higher reactivity
- State of the art press times can be realized (e.g. furniture und flooring products)

DeuroCure UH 35 for urea resins
|
- DeuroCure UH 35 a less reactive hardener than KS-N, developed for the special need of pure urea resins. Provides as well very good latent properties which accomplish a uniform cure
- DeuroCure UH 35 is intended for two stage impregnation process in the first resin vat (UF resin and UF/MF resin mixes)
- DeuroCure UH 35 can also be used in any combination with KS and KS-N
- DeuroCure UH 35 is recommended for dark uni coloured papers
- Exceptional long resin pot life
- Chloride free formulation – NO chemical burn of steel or stainless steel (silos, pipes, press plates, etc.)
- Very good shelf life of the impregnated paper
